Dinosaur Museum
If you’re headed towards Mt. Rushmore on Highway 16, you can’t miss the 40 ft tall T-Rex between Reptile Gardens and the Founding Father’s Exhibit.
While most museums only display fossils and skeleton replicas, the dinosaurs at the Black Hills Dinosaur Museum are life-like. They show you what dinosaurs looked like when they were alive.
We now have an authentic Dinosaur leg bone that kids can touch. Due to requests for more interactive exhibits, we have begin the process of preparing more displays with fossils and interactive learning.
