Open seasonally from mid-May to mid-October, the Powder House Restaurant serves Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner in a rustic atmosphere at the base of Mount Rushmore in Keystone, while still just a short drive from Hill City, Custer, Custer State Park & Rapid City.
